Denton Center for the Visual Arts is located at the intersection of Bell Avenue and Hickory Street, near the railroad tracks in Denton, Texas. It is one of the  prominent anchors of Denton’s art scene, at what is currently the outermost reaches of the First Friday Denton area. It’s great place to take in the larger exhibits, so plan on spending some serious time in their galleries. Currently the Center for the Visual Arts has not extended their hours for First Friday Denton, so plan on getting there during normal hours.
