OAK STREET DRAFT HOUSE – Oak St Draft house is a new concept to the City of Denton, where an old house is converted into a bar. We want to keep the integrity of the house , so we will be doing the minimum stuff inside the house. All of our decor will be antique furniture, old pictures of Denton, cool antique things scattered across the yard (radio flyer wagons for planters, clawfoot bathubs use as water features, and …anything else we find cool before we open). The concept of the Oak House is to be a laid back environment with a large outdoor area that allows people to feel comfortable as if they were at home in their backyard. The Oak house will be very bike(non motorized) friendly and dog friendly.
The Oak house located at 308 E. Oak St. is the 3rd oldest house in the City of Denton.
